If a payment is missed, the Rocksteady team will normally contact you to let you know.
Most of the time the issue can be resolved quickly by updating your payment details or retrying the payment. If you think a payment may have been missed, it is helpful to contact our customer service team so they can assist. You can contact our customer services team on 0330 113 0330 (local rate) or by emailing info@rocksteadymusicschool.com. Our offices are open Monday–Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–6pm.
Keeping payments up to date helps ensure your child can continue enjoying their lessons without interruption.
If multiple payments fail, and we don’t hear anything from you, then your child’s place with Rocksteady may be cancelled and opened up to the next child on the waiting list.
