Do I need to cancel my account if my child is moving to another school for year 3?

If your child is moving to a new primary school and you’d like them to continue with Rocksteady lessons, you only need to let us know which school they’re moving to.

You can do this in your Backstage account by going to ‘Make Changes’ and adding your child’s new school.

If their new school is a Rocksteady school, we’ll automatically carry their place over for you – there’s nothing else you need to do. We’ll do our best to keep them on the same instrument, depending on availability at the new school.

If their new school doesn’t offer Rocksteady, we’ll automatically cancel their place for you, so you don’t need to take any further action.
