How do I make a payment?

Rocksteady lessons are paid by monthly direct debit, collected on the 1st of each month. The easiest way to set this up is through your Backstage account - simply log in with your registered email address and follow the prompts to set up your direct debit.

If you have an outstanding balance to pay separately, you can contact our customer service team on 0330 113 0330 (local rate) and they’d be more than happy to help. Our offices are open Monday -Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm.
