To cancel your child’s place, contact our customer service team on 0330 113 0330 (local rate) or email info@rocksteadymusicschool.com. Our offices are open Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm.
You can also cancel your child’s place through your dedicated Backstage account.
As long as this is before the 20th of the month, you won’t incur any further fees. If you cancel after the 20th of the month, you will be charged for the following month as your payment will have already been processed. However, your child will be able to carry on attending band lessons for that month.
If you change your mind, we’ll still be here for you if you want to come back in the future!
