If I cancel, can my child still attend the concert?

We know how much the termly concerts mean to children and families! Whether your child can still take part depends on the timing of your cancellation and your child’s last day with Rocksteady. 

When cancelling your Rocksteady subscription, you can choose to cancel immediately or set a delayed cancellation so your child's place - and concert spot - runs through to the end of the relevant month.

If you’d like to check when your child’s concert is, you can do this by logging on to your Backstage Account and checking their Timetable.
