We’re sorry that your child’s place has been cancelled without being requested. We can certainly look into this for you, but it may be because:
• A direct debit has been unsuccessful over several attempts without contact from you or the primary bill payer.
• Your child is coming to the end of their primary school journey.
• A cancellation processing error.
