What times/day are lessons?

Lesson days and times are agreed in partnership with your school and usually take place during the normal school day.

Lessons run on the same day each week and will often rotate across the timetable, so your child doesn’t miss the same subject in class.

A few bands rehearse just before or just after school, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

After you enrol, you can access your child’s lesson times and a full calendar of their lessons and concerts in your Backstage account. Backstage is Rocksteady’s secure parent portal, where you can stay connected to your child’s musical progress in their band lessons and concerts. This includes a timeline that tells you when your child has learnt new skills, as well as termly Round-ups which are a visual summary of everything your child has been doing in band lessons.
