What happens if the school has an inset day or snow day?

Within the academic year (September–July), there are usually 36–39 teachable weeks and your monthly subscription guarantees a minimum of 33 lessons each academic year (including concerts), or a pro rata amount if your child joined later in the year. This is to account for things like last-minute clashes with school events.

If a band lesson falls on an inset day, or the lesson is unable to go ahead due to weather conditions, this will not count towards your minimum lesson count.
