You’ll create your Direct Debit when you sign up. If you need any help, you can call our customer services team on 0330 113 0330 (local rate). Our offices are open Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm.
Once you have set up your Direct Debit, payments will be taken on the 1st of every month, except August when there’s no payment.
If you start lessons part way through the month, your first payment may be slightly higher than the regular monthly amount. This is simply to cover payment for the lessons your child attends before your regular Direct Debit payments start.
The monthly rolling subscription means payments can be spread evenly across the academic year and there is no need to re-enrol each term or academic year.
