When is my child’s first lesson?

Your child’s first lesson will take place once their place in a band has been confirmed.

If lessons have already started at your school, your child can join in from the next lesson. If lessons haven’t started at your school yet, your child will join their band when lessons begin properly at their school. We’ll let you know when that is.

Weekly lessons mostly take place during the school day, making it easy for children to participate without additional travel or after-school commitments. 

There are a few bands which take place outside of school hours. If your child is placed in a band before or after school, your enrolment email will confirm this and give you all the information you need.
