Confirmation emails are sent at the end of the day you completed your child’s enrolment.
If you haven’t received one, the first step is to check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
It’s good to make sure info@rocksteadymusicschool.com is on your 'safe senders' list to ensure future emails from Rocksteady don't land in your junk folder.

The confirmation email will let you know when your child’s first lesson takes place, the instrument they are enrolled on, the name of your child’s band leader and all the key information you need to know.
