Why was a concert postponed or cancelled?

We work closely with schools to schedule concert dates well in advance and avoid clashes with other activities. However, on rare occasions, a concert may need to be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances at the school. This may include timetable changes, competing events or unexpected disruptions.

Another reason concerts might be cancelled is if a band leader is unexpectedly absent on the day. While we always try to arrange cover so the concert can go ahead, this isn’t always possible.

If a change is needed, the Rocksteady team will let parents know as soon as possible. We will always aim to reschedule the concert and will share the new date so families can plan ahead.
