How do you teach 9 children in 30 minutes?

Rocksteady band leaders are highly trained musicians — and brilliant at keeping all children engaged and learning throughout every 30-minute lesson.  

This is done by creating a positive learning environment, demonstrating rather than explaining, and encouraging children to stay actively involved with every part of the learning process.

This means children are constantly engaged and developing their understanding of how the whole band fits together.
