How are you different from 1:1 lessons?

Rocksteady adds something different to one-to-one lessons - performance confidence, boosted self-belief, teamwork and the joy of making music with friends.

From the very first lesson, children are playing songs that they love, together! That means they’re not only learning their own instrument, but they’re also learning how to listen, keep time and work as part of a team. Children work through a unique curriculum of up to 300 musicianship, instrument and performance skills, which are logged by their band leader during lessons.

Many parents tell us their child comes home talking about “their band”, not just their instrument. That sense of belonging is often what makes the biggest difference.
