My child's lesson was disrupted due to other children's behavior - what are you doing about this?

We're really sorry to hear your child's lesson was disrupted — that's not the experience we want for any child.

Rocksteady band leaders are specifically trained to manage group dynamics in a way that keeps all children engaged and creates a positive, fun learning environment. This is achieved by building strong routines and setting clear expectations from the very first lesson, so children know what's expected of them. If any disruption does occur, our band leaders are trained to address it in the moment and get the lesson back on track.
