Receiving a confirmation email means your reserved place is secured! But there are a couple of quick things to check to make sure you see this reflected on your account:
Already have a Backstage account? Simply log in with your existing details and you'll be able to see your child's reserved place. If it's showing as expired, just give us a call and we'll be able to reinstate them on the waiting list.
Not set up a Backstage account yet? Head to the link in your confirmation email and select 'Create an account'. Once your account is set up, you’ll then be able to see your child's reserved place.
