Can my child achieve the qualification early if they have already reached a ‘grade’ outside of Rocksteady?

Music Performance in Bands is a specific Ofqual-regulated qualification unique to Rocksteady’s learning environment. It works differently to traditional graded music exams. The qualification has been designed to be child-led and inclusive, and there are no exams for this qualification. If your child has additional musical experience outside of Rocksteady, these skills may support your child in this qualification, and they will potentially move through the qualification quicker.
