We’re sorry to hear this. This is most likely because the bands at their new school are already full and there isn’t availability on your child’s preferred instrument at the moment.
If your child is on the waiting list, we’ll contact you as soon as a suitable place becomes available. The best way to improve your child’s chances of joining a band sooner is to select multiple instruments they’d be willing to play through your Backstage account. Here's how to do this:
• In your Backstage, go to your child’s name and select “Make Changes” and then click “Change Instrument or Band”.
• Update your instrument preferences.
• Save your updates.
