We’re really sorry to hear this. If your child was not collected for their lesson, it’s usually because the band leader was unable to locate them at the time of the lesson. Band leaders collect children from their classrooms or agreed collection points, but occasionally pupils may be absent, in a different location or involved in another school activity.
Please contact our customer service team so they can look into this and find out why your child wasn’t collected for their lesson.
