Within the academic year (September-July), there are 36-39 teachable weeks that band lessons could be available to you. To account for unexpected band leader sickness or clashes with other school events that may occur during the year, your monthly subscription guarantees a minimum of 33 lessons (including concerts) each year, or the equivalent amount based on when your child started Rocksteady.
When a lesson isn’t able to go ahead due to a school trip or any other reason (excluding inset days, SATs week, and polling days), it will count towards your guaranteed minimum number of lessons, as your band leader is still scheduled and available on those days. Because payments are spread evenly across the year, occasional absences like these are already factored into your monthly subscription payments.
