Why was I not made aware Rocksteady was cancelled because of a school trip?

We're really sorry you didn't receive any advance notice about this — we completely understand how frustrating that must be.

Whenever a lesson is affected by a school trip or other event, we always do our best to let you know as early as possible.

There are unavoidable occasions when we're unable to give advance warning.  We work closely with schools to minimise this happening, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it caused.
